Went there with my family, and they had availability for a family room. The welcome was very warm and the staff helped us with our heavy luggages. Free parking and massive rooms and outstanding service. Delicious breakfast to start the day with and full of energy. We had a break for just a week in the hotel and couldn't be happier than that, honestly. The receptionist was a very friendly woman and offered us the help in case we were in need of anything. Our daughter didn't feel well the second night because she got caught some cold when we went out, and unfortunately, we didn't have any paracetamol with us. The receptionist was so ready to help us with tea and paracetamol and within an hour our daughter felt much better. Not just lovely service but lovely people too. Their prices were very reasonable and made us feel we didnt go over the budger on our stay. I would highly recommend them for their level of excellence.

Easy access. Clean and bright room. Bathroom and shower/toilet area clean. Very warm... cosy even. Staff are polite and very, very helpful. Bed was amazing... Would definitely stay here again.

We had an occasion to stay at the moby dick to attend our granddaughters graduation. Very warmly welcomed on arrival. The bedroom was nice and warm, and spotless. Crisp and clean bedding, the bathroom looked brand new. Will definitely stay again. Also very good value.

Exceptional Family Stay. Our family recently stayed at this hotel and we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their attentive service. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location was perfect, allowing us easy access to train station. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.

Bathroom smelt of urine. Reception came and sprayed it. Bath rails were loose and coated in grime and dirt. Dirt covered bath water. Tried to shower. Bath plug was blocked and water was filthy. Informed reception. Cleaners did not clean the bathroom. Temperature thermostat in room was faulty. Couldn’t heat the room. Whatever cleaning chemicals tha they used in room, irritated my throat and I was coughing all night. I don’t usually complain but I would avoid this place.

Easy access. Clean and bright room. Bathroom and shower/toilet area clean. Very warm... cosy even. Staff are polite and very, very helpful. Bed was amazing... worth the higher than average overnight cost compared to other establishments.. (looking at you travellodge.. up your game guys). Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great experience! Friendly staff and a very good rest. Highly recommended! Only minus point, for me, is that the rooms do not have air conditioning so it can get a bit warm at times. I'd love to see Premier Inn modernise this place a bit more.

Premier Inn rooms are usually great but on this occasion unsure on whether our room had ever been cleaned. Cobwebs hanging off the ceiling and lamps near bed, make sure to check under the sheets for yellow stains, 27 degrees room temperature, useless fan, questionable mould on hand wash and stains on toilet seat

I had a pleasant stay in this Premier inn. A staff member by the name "EVE" was very nice, helpful and customer friendly. She was patient and listened to my request and provided the needed support. The hotel is neat and the rich breakfast was a breakthrough for the day. I strongky recommend this hotel. Once again thank you to EVE for doing such a good job that is enhancing customers confidence, trust and loyalty.

Good size carpark and its free just remember to enter your registration plate at reception and its free ! Quick check-in My room up a flight of stairs Was a good size as was the bathroom Bed was super comfortable as always WiFi good Shower hot And powerful Location on the outskirts of Romford next to a busy junction! Would stay again if in the area

Premier Inn, Romford West. Lovely big double room, with windows that open, unlike some hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was excellent serves by Chef Patricia, she even cooked my husbands eggs to order. The restaurant was spotlessly clean with nice decor. I would say that the breakfast experience was actually better that Toby's which is on the same site. I will definitely be using this hotel more often. Nice, cosy, attentive staff and especially Chef Patricia who gave a well cooked meal, I felt refreshed to start my day.

Had room booked for 3 days over Xmas but couldn’t stay due to sewage problems throughout hotel, offered another room with sewage problem as affected whole hotel so had to find alternative accommodation. Won’t refund even though agree sewage problems. Very very poor customer service and do not trust there good night guarantee as clearly not what it states to be.
